THE PROCESS

  • Investor retains immigration attorney who vets investor funds and paperwork for eligibility.

  • Investor subscribes to EB-5 qualified project and deposits required $500,000 and pays administrative fee.

  • Investor’s immigration attorney prepares and files I-526 petition to USCIS.

  • USCIS reviews I-526 Petition. If Petition is accepted, Investor receives “conditional” Green Card for 2 years. Approved Investor and immediate family members are able to live, work and travel  anywhere in the U.S. without restrictions with conditional Green Card.
